Terms of Service

Effective: 28 August 2026

These terms govern access to VerWater. By using the service, you agree to them. If you use VerWater for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

1. The service and current access

VerWater provides water and wastewater engineering calculations, reference datasets, project storage and exports within the scope stated on each tool. Every available calculator, standard, project save and export is free today. Any future paid offering will be presented separately and will not apply retroactively without clear agreement.

2. Engineering responsibility

VerWater is a calculation and decision-support tool. It does not replace site investigation, laboratory data, governing project criteria, equipment-vendor confirmation, regulatory review or the professional judgment and signature required by law. Results apply only to the inputs, assumptions, model scope and standards displayed with that result.

You must independently review inputs, units, assumptions, convergence evidence, warnings, source-specific legal applicability and exported documents before relying on a result. Draft or non-certifiable output must not be represented as an issued professional design.

3. Accounts and security

AIVerID is used for account authentication. You are responsible for protecting access to your identity account, keeping project information accurate and notifying us of suspected unauthorised use. You may use guest calculations without an account where the tool permits it, but browser-local work may be lost when browser data is cleared.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • attempt to bypass access controls, probe other users' data or interfere with the service;
  • upload malware, abusive payloads or data you lack authority to process;
  • misrepresent a VerWater result, verification status or professional approval;
  • use automated traffic that degrades availability or exceeds published limits; or
  • use the service unlawfully or to infringe another person's rights.

5. Your content and project data

You retain rights in project data you submit. You grant VerWater the limited permission needed to host, process, reproduce and export that data solely to provide, secure and support the service. You are responsible for having lawful authority to submit it. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Notice.

6. VerWater materials

The VerWater software, interface, documentation, branding and original datasets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership. Third-party standards and references remain subject to their respective owners and stated citations.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep VerWater reliable, but maintenance, security events, provider failures and force-majeure events may interrupt access. A tool may be corrected, restricted or withdrawn when its evidence or safety boundary no longer supports the published output. Material changes affecting user rights will be communicated appropriately.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VerWater is provided without warranties that it is error-free, uninterrupted or suitable for a particular project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that limit, VerWater and its operators are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, lost profits, or losses caused by inaccurate inputs, use outside a stated model scope, ignored warnings or failure to obtain required professional and regulatory review.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law or preserve service integrity. You may stop using the service at any time and may request export or deletion of account data as described in the Privacy Notice.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without overriding mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply in your place of residence. Before formal proceedings, please contact aivisibilityrights@gmail.com so the issue can be reviewed promptly.

11. Changes to these terms

Updated terms will show a new effective date. Material changes will be notified before taking effect when required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance only where permitted by law.
